4.2 Order Confirmation
When you place an order through our website you will receive an automated order confirmation email and/or whatsapp message. This message confirms that we have received your order — it does not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order is only accepted and a contract formed between us when we dispatch your products and send you a dispatch notification.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Errors in product or pricing information on our website
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Failure of payment authorisation
4.3 Pricing
All prices on our website are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges are additional and will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price you are charged will be the price displayed at the time you place your order, provided your order has been confirmed.
In the event of a pricing error on our website, we will contact you before processing your order. You will have the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

Payment must be received in full before we dispatch your order, unless you have selected Pay on Delivery where that option is available.
We do not store your payment card details. All card transactions are processed securely by Paystack in accordance with their security standards.
5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery Areas
We deliver across Nigeria. Delivery timelines are as follows:
- Lagos: Same-day and next-day delivery
- Nationwide: 24 to 72 hours from order confirmation
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control including weather conditions, public holidays and logistics partner capacity. We will notify you of any significant delays.
5.2 Delivery Address
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you and arrange redelivery at your cost.
5.3 Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location. We offer free delivery on orders above ₦100,000. Delivery charges for orders below this amount will be displayed clearly before you complete your order.
5.4 Risk and Ownership
Risk in the products passes to you when they are delivered to the address you provided. Ownership of the products passes to you when we receive full payment.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 Our Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Belhuman Cosmetics purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [email protected] or via WhatsApp on +234 707 460 0409.
6.2 Eligible Returns
We accept returns in the following circumstances:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received the wrong product
- The product is significantly different from its description on our website
To be eligible for a return, products must be:
- Returned within 7 days of the delivery date

- Unused and unsealed, except where the defect was only discovered upon opening

If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds will be made to your original payment method or as store credit at our discretion.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
